When Russell DeMatteo got the 3 a.m. call Thursday from New Castle police, he thought his Lawrence County convenience store had been robbed.Instead, he found Pennsylvania Lottery officials at Country Food Mart waiting to tell him that the store had sold the winning $171.4 million Powerball ticket.
