I didn't want to bring this up but I am. I think if there's going to be a divorce and child support payments are going to have to be allotted that there should be a paternity test to make sure your not going to have to pay child support for a child that quite possibly may not be yours. I have seen and heard about guys at lottery headquarters cashing in large winning tickets and walking out with nothing in their pockets. Also if you owe more than you win you might be escourted out of lottery headquarters in handcuffs by the police. One guy near me gave his winning ticket to a buddy to cash for him because he didn't want to have to pay child support. So the guy cashed his ticket for him and the guy owed back taxes guess what neither guy got a dime. His buddy got some of his taxe... [ More ]

Well, how much did he lose? That is the big consideration here. This lawsuit shouldnt go anywhere until such time as it is determined he actually came out ahead. I bet he lost more than he won.

Looks like it's gonna be payday for that single mom. Somebody slipped up and she should get that money with interest. I'll bet the track made sure his federal tax was noted.
