Everyone that wins the lottery has the right to remain anonymous. If people decide they don't want to, they can opt for publicity. Anonymity rights should also be applied here in the US. If you are anonymous when you buy a ticket you should remain so after you won. As long as the ticket is verified independently no one should think there is anything scandalous going on.
