Tennessee Governor Bredesen plans to funnel some lottery money into his preschool education initiative when he unveils his budget to lawmakers in the coming weeks.Bredesen has made a statewide pre-kindergarten program one of his top priorities for the year.There had been speculation that lottery money would eventually pay for the program with a final price tag of hundreds of millions of dollars.The governor told The Associated Press that he will propose using lottery money in the fiscal year beg...
