Here's an idea....Put a clause in lottery pool contracts. Barring the designated purchaser from playing with his/her own money. Then this problem would never happen again.A small sacrifice for playing with other peoples' money.

Thats true RJoh. Personally I wouldn't think or expect that Kyle would win that kinda $$$ again, so I'd boot him.

Shame on you Mr. kyle I am so glad that justice prevailed, because it seemed to me . that money made you not only sell out your friends , but also stab them in the back for money, a real friend will never do anything of sort. Money will not last forever , but a friend will remember that. Never sell out your friends for money.

Three of the pool members who testified on Kyle's behalf during the two-day trial in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court said they weren't interested in the money. But they may change their minds now that a jury has ordered Kyle to slice up the cash pie.He predicted that would happen if he had to split it with any of them and I guess he was right.RJOh
