here's the tricky thing about this. the winner may be able to use the fact that a CT lotto winner was able to claim their prize after it went unclaimed in court as case law. the only problem with that it that the ticket is not from CT. i think the MUSL put it best when they answered a similar question. they said that if someone is in the process of getting a divorce (in this case, it's pretty similar), they cannot wait until it is finalized in court to claim the ticket unless the finalizing of t... I saw that it was official today as well Dr. Ew. There is a guy from Thailand that works with us, he came in while we were talking about it and he says that he hadn't checked about a years worth of tickets. All of us look at each other, we checked all of his tickets and thank god he didn't have the winning one. I think that it is in someone's kitchen drawer at home and was never checked.

It apparently was really 'lost'.............he is now residing in Madison,WI...............it seems as tho perhaps the ticket was destroyed by an overwrought girlfriend. What a pity for those four wonderful children....their college education has just flown out the window..
