			<description><![CDATA[<p>What upsets me is the fact that I graduated in 2001 and they are telling me that I am not allowed to even get the lottery money for school. I feel that every student who is in college and needs the money should be able to get it. I don&#x27;t have any help with school and the money I do get from the state is very little. I work hard in school and I feel that I should be able to get some of that lottery money.
