well good for californians, they finally got some accountability out of the commission. and a word for mr. chinn. if everybody thought like him, the only people paying taxes in the state would be the people with fur lined lids in their outhouses. and also mr. chinn big l DOES STAND FOR LOSER, it's stamped on the end of your nose...

Just went to CA Lottery's website. They voted to join Mega Millions by a 3-0 margin.

Probably Florida. But Oklahoma and their new lottery may try to beat them to it.

i have a feeling they will go with mega millions. the mega millions people said that only one more state will join the game. the question is if CA doesn't go with it, then which state will
