			<description><![CDATA[<p>If they legalize slot machines, Amarillo will get its horse racing track.  I don&#x27;t play the ponies, but it would be an economic boost to the city.  On the flip side it would also boost petty crime, prostitution and other things.  Like calling prison construction economic development.Orangeman</p>]]></description>
