i read up on it. they plan on starting off with scratch-offs, then in-state games, then going multi-state. granted i don't think they'll do it as fast as TN has, but i think it will happen with deliberate speed.

I hope they remember to keep in-state games first and foremost on their agenda.

Oklahoma Governor Brad Henry presided over the first meeting of the Oklahoma Education Lottery Commission on Wednesday, urging members to move quickly in hopes of getting the lottery up and running this fall.
