the minors trying to buy tickets i think is a big reason why this idea isn't used more

the nice part about them is that depending on where they are placed, even the nocturnal have time to buy tickets. the not-so-nice part is that they usually place them in places that close. they need to start placing self-service terminals in places like airports, turnpike rest stops, etc. that way you can buy your tickets whenever.

If it is anything like Illinois then there will be a lot of alcoholic millionaires. Seems like those liquor stores have a habit of selling the winners.

Officials at two Pennsylvania state agencies are working on introducing player-activated lottery-ticket terminals in state liquor stores.
