Buys a $5 quickpick on a lark and wins almost 38 million bucks in the jackpot.Meanwhile, over the years, I&#x27;ve spent way too much time trying to figure all the indicators using the computer, just trying to hit something....and have never won more than $100 on Powerball.Sheesh</p>]]></description>
