i don't think it will hurt the casinos,but you know how officials running the casinos don't want this cutting into their profits....

Nevadans already buy lottery tickets, said Assembly Speaker Richard Perkins, D-Henderson. They buy them in California. Wow a politician living in the real world. How rare.Garn Mabey, R-Las Vegas, said. Unfortunately, those who least can afford it spend proportionately more on lotteries. Later it was discovered the poor also spend more proportionally on toliet paper and were strongly discouraged from buying such.
