The Georgia Lottery Corporation's Million-Dollar Hoopla promotion is coming to the Gainesville District to give a lucky player the chance to win $1 million.The Million-Dollar Hoopla Regional Qualifying Event for the Gainesville District will be held on Friday, March 18 from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Tanger Outlet Center at Banks Crossing, located at 111 Tanger Dr. in Commerce.
