			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m hoping that this time it will pass.  I will be playing a lot of scratch off tickets.  I don&#x27;t know why they keep saying or claiming they worry about the poor people.  They don&#x27;t ever thank about them when they decide to raise taxes or add them, so why worry about them playing the lottery.  If you work for the money, spend it the way you want.  It&#x27;s a choice.  GIVE ME THE LOTTERY</p>]]></description>
