Morrissey of Quincy, the Senate chairman of the committee, said he wanted to talk the issue over with other lawmakers before taking action.I think he means he wants to see what kind of  campaign contribution  or job for family members will be offered by the tracks before he makes up his mind.  I guess we know what fat cat legislators have been wined, dined, taken of vacation and otherwise bribed by the horse and dog tracks.
