			<description><![CDATA[<p>Someone ought to tell the idiot who approved the design that frills that make  halls that look like downtown streets, complete with replicas of those old-timey gas lamps  have nothing to do with improving education and only added to the expense of building the school, to the detriment of any other educational project.</p>]]></description>
