If I were a retailer I would prefer the chance of getting paid good on a big winner and having 5% opposed to the 6%.

NY retailers get 6% commission but usually nothing for first prize tickets (eg Take Five) and nothing for cashing winning tickets.

GA is 5% commission on all games except cash 3 where it is 7% and 2% on pay outs on all games...they paid him a bonus of $750...that is pathectically low...what a rip off!GA retailers get $2000 for every time the fantasy 5 rolled over and get $25000 for selling the winning lotto south or MM ticket....Georgia is good for something

5 % commission and 1.25% of payouts plus a commission? sounds like NJ is a great retailer sellers state. I wonder what NY is.
