			<description><![CDATA[<p>The proposal was inserted in a larger bill, which would allow motorists to display one license plate on the rear of a vehicle. Just how many licenses do you have to display in Texas - it&#x27;s been one since Washington issued them except for interstate semi&#x27;s.I also assume you would have to have a Texas address.</p>]]></description>
