I hope NC gets a lotto, however, it would be ok if they don't. (I'm from TN what can I say? lol). Seriously it would help your state a lot.

Hi every one-I am new here-my first posting....I just want to say I live in NC, and have been playing the Lottery for the pass 8 years. I spend $4 per week and never any more, reguardless of the jackpot amount. It is my oppion that NC should have a lottery. That way the people of NC will not be supporting the VA, SC, GA, TENN, government with the purchase of their Lottery tickets. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of this posting.
