i notice in virginia about two or three times a year somebody bets ten or twenty times on pick 4 and wins big,one guy bet 40 times on a whim and won 200 grand.....

A Virginia woman's dream of winning the lottery came true to the tune of $90,200, the Virginia Lottery said.Richard and Chris Marshall of Charlottesville bought 19 tickets for the May 6 Pick 4 night drawing, each with the numbers 2, 7, 5 and 8. Seventeen tickets matched the winning numbers in exact order to win $5,000. Two matched 50/50, meaning they would win if the numbers come up in exact order or in any order.
