			<description><![CDATA[<p>There&#x27;s something mildly amusing about the concept of a lottery operation &#x27;losing money&#x27; to a gambling house operation.  When you stop and think about it, the only folks who lose money gambling, be it lotteries or gambling casinoes, are the gamblers.
