			<description><![CDATA[<p>That&#x27;s asking a lot of any group of legislators, LFT.  And the ones who vote in favor have to face the kind of music you find in those hymnal books.....  It isn&#x27;t that the hymnal readers won&#x27;t vote for them..... it isn&#x27;t even that the hymnal readers won&#x27;t buy tickets..... it&#x27;s just that it takes a legislator a long time to sniff out what&#x27;s lip service and what&#x27;s razor edge lop service....  They have better sense than to trust their instincts and their powers of reasoning. If these bozo&#x27;s would take a good look at their schools here, they would ALL vote for having a lottery to help fund them!  I&#x27;m from Va. where the lottery and the schools have been going strong for as long as I can remember.
