exactly they need to let them know that....if you don't have balls.it ain't a lottery!I agree Mike. Naturally. It bears a striking resemblance to lottery in a lot of ways, but it ain't lottery. All those electrons banging together with subatomic numbers painted on them are lessory. Or some kind of electric money raffle. But old Rocko Redbone already knows that. He used to be in MO with the lottery there. Rocko won't be fooled by some tiny little electro-things into thinking they know how to... [ More ]

On Scroggins' advice, the commission hired Rollo Redburn as director of administration and finance, Beverly Hughes as head of marketing and sales and Jerry Havener as operations director.Rollo Redburn doesn't sound to me like the kind of name to hang on a person who'd sit still for computer drawings. Neither does Scroggins, for that matter.Redburn and Scroggins gonna take care of those Okies, keep the balls rolling.Rollo. Hmmmm. Rollow Redburn.Jack

After hearing his new bosses debate the definition of rules to govern the newest state agency, Oklahoma's lottery director issued them a gentle reminder. If the Oklahoma Lottery Commission hopes to make a self-imposed October deadline for its first ticket sales, we've got to move, Executive Director Jim Scroggins said.It was Scroggins' first meeting since beginning his new job Monday. At previous meetings, the lottery's volunteer commissioners have held lengthy discussions on how to hire outside... [ More ]
