lets get it started already whats the big deal I don't always have the time to drive to S.C. or the Va., where I come from we had a lottery {pa}so why can t we have one here N.C. need to get with the times.

They need to just go on and get a Lottery. Folks who live in NC are not just from NC, but transplants from other states like NY that have a lottery. So just give the folks what they want already.

With passage of a $17.1 billion budget bill by the North Carolina House of Representatives last week, the lottery debate is heating up in North Carolina.Lottery provisions have been included in the budget plan if it does become law.
