LOL. I laagh at that also. Actaully one lady, an eldery woman, got me upset. She won 28 million in CT state Lottery. Not one million, 28 million, so get this. She says I'm going to buy a new set of tires for my car! I was like, WHAT??? LOL. That was that most foolish I ever read from a lottery winner. New tires with 28 million, not a new car. Some of these lottery winners crack me up saying that they will change nothing in there life. this idiot siad the only thing he will change is a bigger boat GIVE ME A BREAK!. if he's not going to change anything then he should donate all his winnings to a charity.
