why would people not claim their prize. they must not know they won.does anyone know if it is scratch-off tickets or number drawings.

It's good to see TN is using the unclaimed prizes in a good way. I know at my old high school our drop out rate was really high. My senior class started with 125 and ended up with 70 or 80.

Struggling students in danger of failing will now have somewhere to go to get academic help after the last bell rings.The first crop of 20 Lottery Education After-school Programs, which include six in Middle Tennessee, were recently awarded and they will share $2 million in unclaimed lottery prizes.
