			<description><![CDATA[<p>However, since that scam was discovered, the agency&#x27;s security division has been reduced. The number of commissioned law officers was slashed from 35 to four and investigative field offices were closed in a reorganization in November. Its harder to scam the public when some one is watching. I wonder how the lottery in other states would fair if they had an anti-lottery group dedicated to making it look bad? I suspect Texas is only one of many states who crooks in the kitchen.</p>]]></description>
