PS- I just found something that is somewhat horrifyingly truthful on the SCEL website.... If you look under the Add-A-Play feature of the site, scroll to the very bottom... you will see this:OVERALL ODDS: 1:4.54 Average odds of not winning are 1 in 1.2825 <------------------Why would they even think about putting something like this on there

I just tried going to the SC Lottery site and it asks you for a user name and password or it won't let you in. Anyone know why they have it like that?Brad

Why there was an error? Otherwise, lottery did pay out winning tickets with either number was the right thing.

South Carolina Lottery officials say it will be several months before the financial impact is clear from an error made in a Palmetto Cash Five drawing last month.On June 24th, one of the numbers in the live random drawing was reported as 37, although the number drawn actually was 27.
