People are going to think Mass Cash is DAILY when it's only twice a week. Even VA's highest option (for its Cash 5) is $1.

Massachusetts players love having choices between games, and within games. That's why Keno and Numbers are so popular. If Megabucks had a cash option, it would probably help, because players would then have a choice within that game, cash or annuity. Maybe they should give Mass Cash players the option to wager different amounts, like in VA and their Cash 5. Something like this.

Ca$h Winfall would have outsold Mega$.uck$ for the year if CW had been around a year. If MA wants to become the nation's #1 lottery, it needs to stop forcing Mega$.uck$ and scratch game winners to receive annuity payments.

Massacusetts Lottery ticket sales soared again, earning the state a record-breaking $935 million in revenue in the fiscal year that ended June 30, Treasurer Timothy P.
