			<description><![CDATA[<p>68% is bad for a $20 game (low). It&#x27;s one of the problems with the EGMI card.They cost over $1 per card (5%).  If you pay out 68% in prizes and retailers usually get about 7% for sales   cashing,  that leaves only 20% for lottery operating expense and profit - IF they don&#x27;t have to pay another vendor a percentage for processing the transaction.You also have to have good distribution in place to make these things work. A niche product, if that.</p>]]></description>
