I'm from NC JimmySand9. You don't know what it's like when everyone else on the planet have a lottery except the state you live in? There probably was a lottery in your state when you were born.You don't have to sneak and play. You don't have to drive to another state to play and hide lottery tickets. You don't have to pay taxes in two states when you win over a certain amount. I am happy that we even have a lottery and scared that morons will hold it up in court.Yes, I will to be scratches a... Save your money. The scratches in NC will probably only payout 50%, and even with the inevetible free ticket prizes, the overall odds will probably be 1 in 6 or something. I definately see that coming, seeing that 35% of all game revenue must go towards education.

They didn't mention pick 3 and 4. I've noticed that some state lotteries don't have pick 3 and some only have pick 4.

Three weeks ago the North Carolina legislature passed the lottery, but since then there's been little work done to move it forward.There's a long list of projects ahead for the state before tickets are sold. The governor still expects it to begin in six months or so.Three weeks ago, Governor Easley proudly signed the lottery bill. He expected to follow South Carolina's timeline for rolling out tickets.
