I'm thinking maybe the reason the game is annuity-only is that the GA lottery head used to run the corrupt NY Lottery. Wonder if GA will come out with more scratches without a cash option.

I have the feeling that Lottery Commissions may see the mentioning of The Lottery Post as an advertisement for this site and not allow it. When I win a Jackpot, I will certainly try to mention the site, even if I have to do it in code. EX. ( I'd like to thank all of my friends at a .com site that I freqent).litebets

Good point , Chewie...Not a lifestyle-changer, but a supplement.The guy thinks he won a million dollars, but when he gets the first check of~$35K or so, reality will set in. He had better be wise, cause it's a long time until hesees the next check..... I would prefer the cash option if I won it , but it is what itis... DD

I play this game regularly- It is 6 numbers at the top, and 15 chances below to match any of the numbers. The one mil is indeed spelled out under one of the numbers as follows: $1,000,000 with a little onemil printed under it. If lucky enough to match it, the payout is $50K per year pre-tax for 20 years. No cash option. For me, that would be a perfect retirement supplement

His last line I'm going to try to do good with it suggest to me that he has been reading some wild stories about what crazy thinks some people have done with big wins. I play this game regularly- It is 6 numbers at the top, and 15 chances below to match any of the numbers. The one mil is indeed spelled out under one of the numbers as follows: $1,000,000 with a little onemil printed under it.If lucky enough to match it, the payout is $50K per year pre-tax for 20 years. No cash option.Best I've done so far is $200, but my father in law got $1K.I like the game, because there are 20 jackpots out there and over 11,000 prizes ranging from $1K to $50K.DD

Well I've seen two $50,000 winners before. The winning number was the same for both prizes.

I wonder what a million dollar scratcher looks like. Say its a game where you have to match your numbers to the winning numbers. Do you think every prize is a million dollars and one of the numbers is a match to insure that you realize you have a winning ticket ( where there isnt an oversee). Or do you think the lottery would prefer to have you not notice and hopefully throw the ticket in the garbage. Anyone ever see a big winner like that? A lot of scratch offs have very noticeable patterns.
