Yeah, after the WWII, they offered that rate to soldiers. Now for that rate you would have to have a 200 yr. mortgage. They do have 200 yr. mortgages in China. The premise is to go from generation to generation.

Hello all..........has anyone heard the lastest Holiday surprise that congress has planned for us? I understand that part of their new bankruptcy law includes that the credit card companies and banks.........will be required to change thier required mimimum payment from 2% to 4%..........guess it's supposed to take effect late October.........does anyone have any further information about our secret Holiday Surprise

There must be lots of stupid people out there and lots of people searching for them. The other day I got a phone call from a lady who promised to lower the interest on my home mortgage to less than 5%. When I told her I didn't have a home mortgage because my home was paid for, she informed me that it wouldn't a problem and I could still take advantage of those good interest rates by simply mortgaging my home.
