PA is the only state whose lottery benefits the elderly. Does anyone know if other countries use lottery proceeds that way

What is the difference where they say they spend the money? If they said, education, would you be happier? Guess what, your taxes would then go towards the elderly or transportation. You act like there is a winner or loser. The state will take it one way or the other! Government 101: The concerns of the voter will be addressed.

You must have a different scoring system. Bad games don't get negative points in my book, one. Two, I don't think Lucky For Life is a bad game. The top prize may be cheap, but who cares, I'm never gonna win it (or am I?).The only thing that gets negative points for me is computerized drawings and acts of bigotry.

PA does have one of the best in the country. I just wish they'd put the proceeds toward something that's helps the entire general population, like transportation or education.
