			<description><![CDATA[<p>NO offense, NC is stupid.  The people who run the governments are, for the most part.  And I&#x27;m a native Charlottean.  We should have been had a lottery. No wonder we were nicknamed the  Rip Van Winkle state.   Every time I say that someone say  I thought you are called the  Tar Heels  When George Washington visited, he said we were a  trifling state,  with no pun intended.  I think he was mad at the accommodations.
