I've been to Oklahoma nine times now. OK probably is too conservative for those students who want a good nightlife.

I am really excited because now I do not have to drive to Texas to purchase a ticket, Sutton said. I used to buy tickets for fun when the jackpot was big just to see if I could win. Norman, OK is only about an hour from the bridge. No big trip, made it hundreds of times. 75 mph speed zone. Of course, they would have to realize, Oklahoma will be Powerball Territory, and Texas is Mega Million Territory; and Texas MM has the multiplier. My friends in the Tulsa area live near an Indian casino. I went twice during my Oklahoma-California trip and made a profit of $7.75.

Ahhhh ... the wisdom from college students. They are so knowledgeable on the ways of the world. Last survey I saw, they couldn't name three elected officials in the local or Federal Government. Yet they know what is best for Oklahoma. Guess they forgot about all the Indian Casinos and Bingo Halls throughout Oklahoma.

Oklahoma University students and Norman residents continued to raid local convenience stores for lottery tickets Thursday; some even came home with extra cash.Aaron Rooney, zoology-biomedical sciences senior, said he won $50 after purchasing a lottery ticket.
