			<description><![CDATA[<p>If any one puts money down on a bet and doesn&#x27;t accept the fact that the odds in favor of the house, shouldn&#x27;t be in the game. Creating a system where the odds in your favor is not corrupt, it is good business. Every successful business functons that way. Every single one! If any one is at fault, it is the customer who keep jumping out of the water to grab the lure; especially when they know the lure is just beyond their reach.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Saying the NY Lottery is  corrupt  is a ridiculous statement in itself.  They are not corrupt, as you say.  Can you imagine if someone ended every post with a comment calling Cash Only a liar, or some other unfair, nasty thing?  Calling them  corrupt  at every turn is the same thing.</p>]]></description>
