			<description><![CDATA[<p>That&#x27;s a good point. And another thing, Pick 3 can be a hard sell because it&#x27;s quite complex compared to Lotto-type and even PB-type games. You&#x27;ve got to pick 1 number from 0-9, then do it 2 more times. And there so many ways you can play it, Straight, Box, Straight/Box, Pairs, sometimes Combos.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Most daily numbers game in the Western US don&#x27;t sell very well - especially when compared to the East Coast and MidWest.  CA leads the pack at about 7 cents weekly per capita - the rest do about 2 or 3 cents in Pick 3 and I can&#x27;t even think of a Western state that offers Pick 4 (Oregon?). CO should consider adding the game.  It&#x27;s cheap to operate and the sales would probably be pretty much incremental. These stats that are starting up are smart to start with Pick 3.
