WOW. Good going for the TN Lottery. They are going to be able to send everyone that wants to go to college for free pretty soon.Brad

Since the lottery was created, the program has contributed more than $415 million to educational initiatives that include higher education, pre-K and after school programs. HEY ALABAMA - SEE WHAT YOU'RE MISSING?!!!I wonder how much money Alabamians contribute to the states of Florida, Georgia, and Tennessee via their lotteries every year. They all get some of my money, that's for sure

$200M surplus must be killing those legislatures. Spend, spend, spend. Good name though, The Hope Scholarship. Could have been worse, like, Reward for Achievement Scholarship.
