GA, TN, and FL are prospering by having education lotteries in their states, and there are a good many Alabamians (like me) who are contributing to that prosperity.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Sure, but the OK and NC legislatures aren&#x27;t run by the teachers&#x27; union&#x27;s boss. That isn&#x27;t the case here in AL.   Last time the lottery vote came up, the teachers&#x27; union (AEA) didn&#x27;t really support the lottery.If a lottery isn&#x27;t dedicated primarily to K-12 education, it&#x27;s unlikely that it will pass.See Alabama   The Lottery</p>]]></description>
