Isn't SGI the company that invented Lotto Silver? I can't see a second price point for Mega Millions or Powerball in the near future.

NC may not have a lottery to operate if the lottery opposition have anything to do with it.They are in the minority of people for/against the lottery.Polls even now run at a solid 70%FOR 30%against having a lottery.It's been this way for over 20 years.
