They would tell you that the lottery is only tracking the sequence number assigned to the roll, which, in turn would give them the number of tickets in a roll. Thus, they have no idea of where the big bucks are being sent.Having said that, I TOTALLY agree with you.  The greedy little buggers are tracking the money down as far as they can.  It all amounts to a bonus or no bonus, which is dependant on sales, and the possibility of higher sales rests</p>]]></description>
