All the lotto experts would disagree with you. They would tell you that the lottery is only tracking the sequence number assigned to the roll, which, in turn would give them the number of tickets in a roll. Thus, they have no idea of where the big bucks are being sent.Having said that, I TOTALLY agree with you. The greedy little buggers are tracking the money down as far as they can. It all amounts to a bonus or no bonus, which is dependant on sales, and the possibility of higher sales rests

Technically its 38% that will end up going to federal tax. So the couple /family gets free and clear 620,000 which is a tidy sum to smile about!I dont beleive for one second that the state randomly distributes to lottery retailers.
