i couldn't agree with you more....if an 18 year can go fight a war then i think he should be able to buy a lottery ticket too.political nonsense.

It's a shame IA won't let 18-20 year olds buy tickets, when almost all US lotteries still allow them to. I wonder how much revenue IA has lost over the years.
