I don't really care who wins the on-line contract. But I want SciGames to win the instant contract. Oberthur tickets are very hard to scratch off. In fact they aren't even scratch-off tickets, but rather scrape-and-peel-off tickets. You Virginia and Maryland players should know what I'm talking about.

Whoever's by now beyond bored to death of seeing articles in here that are headlined as N.C. Lottery... please raise your hand. Most of us don't live there or don't play there, so a NC Lottery story is only interesting if it involves someone winning a jackpot or something at least more interesting than something like N.C. Sanders said no company will provide games that has been committed of a crime.That's like trying to find a person who have never told a lie.It should read who have never been caught committing a crime.HA

A controversial decision is due next week from North Carolina's lottery commission.The state will choose which company provides the actual games like scratch-off tickets.But one company may be in trouble with the law.
