			<description><![CDATA[<p>Consistantly, a group of us go across the line to New York state and eat at a Chinese Buffet.  On the way back, we stop off and use the cookie numbers to buy New York Lotto tickets.  In two years, the total winning are less then twenty bucks.  I guess we&#x27;ll have to drive father north in the future.</p>]]></description>
