Some communities build one big huge church and some communities build 10 little churches. That would have eliminated a lot of people from getting terminals.

I put together a database of all the churches in Charlotte for a project once and poor people have more churches in their communities.

There are more Food lions stores in poor neighborhoods.

Gtech will continue to install the terminals as fast as they can.As far as they are concern they have the March 30 deadline to meet.In their view,if there are no changes to the law,Gtech has to be ready to run on March 30 or face large fines.I'm sure they want to avoid that by getting the network ready to go.
