I remember this guy well, he bought his tickets in DC I believe and everyone around town was saying a terrorist had won the lottery, and he has spent hundreds of thousands to help his own people... well good for him, God bless him and for all he is doing is for the well being of the human race....

this man picked his own numbers.pretty impressive to me.and the fact that it was powerball where the odds are in the millions is even more astounding.wish i could dream up some numbers like this.......
