			<description><![CDATA[<p>Like DD said in so many words &#x22;It&#x27;s a money thang!&#x22;<br /><br />I would be extremely surprised if they shut it down now.  But NC has done embarrassing things for years.<br /><br />Certain folk are tired of seeing millions and millions of dollars going to our neighboring state.  NC should take note that calling a lottery &#x22;illegal&#x22; have stopped very few North Carolinians from buying tickets in SC and not just the powerball but all lottery games, scratch-off, daily games, pick 5 games and so on.
