			<description><![CDATA[<p>From what I&#x27;ve seen it looks like only about 20% of players choose the power play option, so I&#x27;m not sure that qualifies as popularity. It obviously doesn&#x27;t cause much excitement for the 80% who don&#x27;t bother with it. I htink that makes the proper question  do the other states see it as a money maker ?<br /><br />I figure that some of the people who choose power play buy the same number of tickets they&#x27;d buy if power play wasn&#x27;t an option, so those people spend twice as much on tickets. The jackpot is now at $117 million and the next drawing will be Friday night.<br /><br />There were four second-prize winners from Tuesday&#x27;s drawing: 1 from California, 1 from New Jersey, and 2 from New York.
